At Treasures from the Kingdom, every item is made-to-order, designed to capture the magic and nostalgia of Disney’s golden era. We take pride in delivering high-quality products—but if something isn't right, we’re here to help.

✔️ Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• The item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted

• You received the wrong item

• There is a production or fulfillment error

We are unable accept returns for:

• Wrong size selection (please consult our size guide before ordering)

• Buyer’s remorse or change of preference

• Unauthorized returns without prior contact

🔄 How to Request a Return or Refund

Please email castlecourier@treasuresfromthekingdom.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product(s)

Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement, or full refund.
